Sales Manager

The scope of responsibility will include but not limit to the following: 

1. Sales duties

  • Monitor the team members to achieve their sales target, daily activities and work progress
  • Prepare sales team forecast report
  • Search for prospective customers and establish good relations
  • Build up good relation with interior designer, real estate agents, end users, PM companies
  • Report market information from time to time
  • Prepare for sales calls and promote products
  • Coach sales executives on sales calls and do follow up works
  • Regularly meet customers and provide good services
  • Understand customer requirements prepare proposals and quotations
  • Follow up sales calls and conclude business
  • Check quotation for the team members

2. After Sales Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with sales administration for order processing.
  • Ensure that order information is correct as per customer order.
  • Attend site meetings if required and co-ordinate with site staff regarding furniture delivery and installation.
  • Follow up order from beginning to completion of project.
  • Follow up payment.
  • Maintain good record of customer order and information.

3. Report - General Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above.
  • 3~5 years direct sales experience preferable.
  • Strong presentation and communication skill.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Furniture or Building Materials experience is a must.
  • 1 years’ relevant working experience on team management.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is preferable.

 

Required education:

  • Degree or Above

Required experience:

  • Sales: 3 year

Required language:

  • English, Cantonese, Mandarin

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate sales process, including making cold-call and warm-call to potential clients, arranging     formal sales meetings, presentations and site-visits, issuing quotations, arranging schedules of delivery and installation, providing after-sales services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Enhance market penetration and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain close business relationships with clients and gather important marketing information.
  • Drive marketing and promotion activities.
  • Achieve sales target.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above.
  • 1~2 years direct sales experience preferable.
  • Strong presentation and communication skill.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Self-initiative, willing to learn and detail-minded.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Immediate available is preferable.

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree

Required experience:

  • Sales: 1 year

Required language:

  • English, Cantonese, Mandarin

 

Candidates with more experience will be considered in a senior position.
